How do I create an account?

You can create a new account by clicking on CREANT AN ACCOUNT, located in the lower part of the homepage. A new page will open, click on SIGN UP and fill out the form.

To create an account, you must provide the following information: name, last name, email address and create a password. You can change your personal information at any time, this information is confidential and will not be sent to third parties.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, you must be logged in. Go to MY ACCOUNT and click on the dedicated link to change your password. Fill out the form and click SAVE.

When will my order be shipped?

Available items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following the order’s completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may take longer.

Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received by our warehouse, as indicated in the confirmation email sent after the order’s completion.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.

If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order. This applies to all merchandise orders, including limited edition and pre-order sales.

Please note that in the event of an order split shipping, we can only refund you for what has been returned to us.

Can I cancel an order?

Only orders that have not been processed can be canceled.

To request an order cancellation please go to MY ACCOUNT and either sign into your account or insert the email used to place the order and the order number.

If it is possible to cancel the order, you will see the button CANCEL ORDER.

Can I add an item to an already completed order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an already completed order.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

We guarantee that all our items are verified by our quality control department before they are shipped. If you happen to receive a defective item, we ask you to send us an email to specifying your order number and item code, including photos (showing the security tag visibly attached to the item) so that we can assess the defect.

How can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unwanted items within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Please go to the return & exchange section for more details.
